Drying time varies with the thickness and material of your items. Additional time is charged at the same rate.
Washing and drying are charged separately. Two washing loads mean €16 in service charges, plus the cost of both washes and the drying time needed. Folding is included in the service charge.

The urgent surcharge applies once per order. Both surcharges apply together when your order is urgent and outside normal hours or at a weekend: €60 extra.

A few useful things to know.
Do I need to bring detergent?
No. Detergent, softener and active oxygen are included in the washing price and dispensed automatically. You must not add any extra detergents or chemicals to the machines.
How much does it cost for you to handle my laundry?
The service charge is €8 per washing load, including folding. Washing and drying are charged separately at the listed rates. For example, one load of up to 10 kg costs €5 for washing plus €8 for the service, plus the drying time needed. Two washing loads incur two €8 service charges. Collection/delivery and any priority or express options are additional.
How long does staff-handled laundry take?
Standard turnaround is up to 72 hours, whether you drop it off yourself or arrange collection and delivery. A 48-hour service is available for an additional €25, or 24-hour express for an additional €50. Drop-off and collection are available 08:00–23:00 every day; contact us to arrange your order.
Do you separate colours and towels?
Yes. Please tell us if you do not want colours separated, or if you do not want towels separated from other items. Separate washing loads each incur the applicable washing price and €8 service charge.
How is drying charged when you do the laundry?
Drying is charged in 8-minute increments at the rate for the dryer used. The time needed depends on the thickness and material of your items. Our staff continue drying until the items are suitably dry.
Are there any items you cannot accept?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept pet laundry or blood-stained items.
Can I pay by card and get an invoice?
Self-service machines accept coins and card. For delivered orders, we send an itemised bill and online payment link once the laundry is ready; payment must be completed before delivery. We provide invoices for companies and autónomos.
